We will initially attempt to collect the payment again via Direct Debit approximately two weeks after your instalment date, provided the second collection is successful, your credit file will not be impacted.
You can pay your loan payment via your loan dashboard by Direct Debit, Debit Card or Bank Transfer.
If you can’t afford your payment, we can talk to you about setting up a payment plan until your financial situation improves. A financial review will be required for a payment plan.
It is important to contact us as soon as possible so your credit file is not impacted.
