Add new organizational unit
Please follow these steps to add a new organizational unit:
- Mouse over your name
- Click Tools
- Click Organizational Units
- Click Add organizational unit
- Enter Unit Name
- Click Submit
- Check corresponding setting(s)
- Click Update Settings
After a new organizational unit is added, continue to the Area of responsibility (AOR) article. New locations with an org unit will need a user assigned for the workflow to flow correctly.
Edit organizational unit
Please follow these steps to edit an organizational unit name:
- Mouse over your name
- Click Tools
- Click Organizational Units
- Search for organizational unit
- Click Edit/Disable Unit
- Update Unit Name
- Click Submit
Please follow these steps to edit the settings assigned to an organizational unit:
- Mouse over your name
- Click Tools
- Click Organizational Units
- Search for organizational unit
- Check new setting(s) or uncheck assigned setting(s)
- Click Update Settings
Use the Setting Name filter to search and the View Selected Only link to limit results.
Disable organizational unit
Please follow these steps to disable an organizational unit:
- Mouse over your name
- Click Tools
- Click Organizational Units
- Search for organizational unit
- Click Edit/Disable Unit
- Check Disabled
- Click Submit
Enable organizational unit
Please follow these steps to enable a previously disabled organizational unit:
- Mouse over your name
- Click Tools
- Click Organizational Units
- Click Enable units
- Check organizational unit to enable
- Click Save
