How do deposit limits work?

Deposit limits help you manage how much you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.

• Limits reset on a rolling principle. For example, if you set a daily limit at 10am, it will reset at 10am every day.
• Limits apply only to future deposits. Deposits made before setting the limit aren’t included.
• If you update an existing limit, this includes all deposits within the rolling timeframe (day, week, or month).

Any deposit attempt over your set limit will be declined.

How can I set a deposit limit?

1. Click the top right icon
   

2. Go to 'Responsible gaming'
   

3. Click 'Deposit limits'
   

4. Select a limit and enter the amount you want. Then click ‘Confirm’
   

How can I decrease my deposit limit?

1. Click the top right icon
   

2. Go to 'Responsible gaming'
   

3. Click 'Deposit limits'
   

4. Enter an amount lower than your current limit. Click ‘Confirm’ , and the change will be applied instantly
   

How do I increase my deposit limit?

1. Click on the top right icon
   

2. Go to 'Responsible gaming'
   

3. Click'Deposit limits'
   
4. Enter an amount higher than your current limit. Click ‘Confirm’
   

Note: Any increase to your deposit limit will only take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. After this, you must re-confirm your decision by clicking the green ‘Accept’ button on the same page. We recommend carefully assessing whether you can afford the increase before changing your deposit limit.
